Originally from the Bay Area, Nelia moved to the Central Valley the same year she married her husband Frank. They now have completed their family with three amazing children. Upon moving to Manteca, Nelia and Frank built their home, which taught her a wealth of knowledge which she now gladly passes on to her clients. She became a licensed Realtor in 2007 where she started her career in Livermore where she grew up. She has been a resident of Manteca since 2002. Melissa was born in the Bay Area and moved to the Central Valley while in Elementary School. After graduating High School, she attended Brigham Young University in Utah where she earned a degree in Media Arts and Communications. In college, Melissa volunteered with the Sundance Film Festival and continued to do so for several years after. She participated in a Study Abroad program in England and backpacked through Europe. Melissa completed an internship with National Geographic Television in Washington, DC and went on to work as an Independent Filmmaker. She later started a film production company, and earned a Telly Award and National Addy Award. Melissa taught arts and communications at a residential treatment center and earned a Teaching degree in Special Education. She continues to teach arts classes online, and she is with us part-time in our Marketing and Media Department.
Natascha was born and raised in the Bay Area, and recently moved to the Central Valley. Natascha has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and is continuing her higher education by working on her Master’s Degree in Management. She has a financial background which is an additional asset to all her clients. Corinne moved to Manteca at five years old and has been a resident ever since. While growing up in Manteca she has seen it grow and change while still remaining the “Family City”. Corinne graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies. She has a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, a Master’s Degree in Education Administration and continues her passion for education and serving children and their families. She joined Compass Real Estate to further build relationships with her fellow “Mantecans” and those who are looking to make Manteca their home. Kaitlynn grew up in Visalia, Ca with her family and moved to Manteca when she married her husband Nick. She lived in Southern California for a few years while going to school at Cypress College where she obtained her Associate Degree in Airline and Travel Careers for Flight Attendant. Having then met her husband she knew that being away from home as a flight attendant would not be ideal for a new marriage. After doing some soul searching , she realized that real estate would be a great fit with her upbeat and helping personality. In her spare time, she loves to play with her three dogs and watch TV at home with her husband. She also enjoys watching her husband race their micro sprint at Delta Speedway and the off-road truck he runs with her father.
